During the National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holiday, the Price Supervision and Inspection Bureau of Municipal Development and Reform Commission received a consumer report through the mayor's hotline 12345, from tourists traveling to Lishui during the "Golden Week" for disputes of the prices in a five-star hotel. The on duty staff of the price reporting center immediately made a report to the leader, after receiving the message, in order to effectively safeguard the rights and interests of consumers, maintaining the order of market price. The Price Supervision and Inspection Bureau of Municipal Development and Reform Commission immediately dispatched emergency team to the scene and carried out a detailed investigation, to properly coordinate and dispose at the first time. They required the operator to immediately rectify and specify its price. And consumers expressed satisfaction with the results of the treatment and expressed thankfulness for the timely disposal from the Municipal Price Department for price complaints from mass, as well as the enthusiastic service for the people (Municipal Development and Reform Commission).
