Lishui Organized the Inspection on the Service Quality and Fire Control Safety of Nursing Homes

  In order to fully grasp the service quality and fire safety status of the nursing homes around the city, promote the nursing home service quality construction and fire safety, recently, Lishui Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and the fire department jointly carried out the inspection on service quality and fire safety of 73 nursing homes in operation. 

  The inspection takes the way of cross-inspecting by the county (city, district); the county (city, district and office) set up joint inspecting group, where the group leaders are the leaders from the civil affairs department and the members are the members from the pension and fire departments, to examine the nursing homes of the brother county (city and district). This examination revolves around 5 aspects that affect the operation and management, life service, health service, social work service and safety management of the nursing homes. According to the Zhejiang Provincial Nursing Homes Service Quality Inspection Guidance, the inspection mainly focused on checking the 54 basic indexes and the operation of the fire-fighting equipment in the nursing homes, as well as directing the strengthening of the fire prevention and control in the summer. Each nursing home was checked and graded one by one. 

  All local civil affairs departments will sort out the list of problems in the homes for the aged after inspection, establish a clear system of charging for the accounts, coordinate with relevant departments to carry out centralized rectification within a specified time limit, study and solve universal problems, conduct unified deployment research, solve individualization problems, and adopt one house, one policy to solve pertinence to ensure that all the basic indicators of nursing homes are up to standard, which can ensure the quality of nursing services be further improved.
