On the evening of November 27th, the Municipal Tourism System organized a study meeting, to convey the spirit of the work meeting to publicize ideology in the whole city, and to deploy and implement the suggestions from the meeting. Luo Xiaolin, the secretary and director of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting. All the cadres and staffs of the Municipal Tourism Committee, Municipal Ou River Management Committee and the Municipal Qianxia Lake Management Committee, participated in this meeting.
The meeting pointed out that the Municipal Tourism System should fully understand the great significance of the work meeting to publicize ideology in the whole city, and conscientiously study and comprehend the spirits of the meeting, to further enhance the political consciousness, ideological consciousness and practical consciousness to do a good job in the work to publicize ideology. We should take studying and implementing the spirits of the meeting as the most important political tasks at present, making great efforts in implementing it, so as to gather a powerful force for promoting the development of the touristic industry in Lishui.
The meeting stressed that the Municipal tourism system should guide its work with the spirit of the work meeting to publicize ideology in the whole city. First, it should hold the banner high and work hard to learn and understand the spirits. It should take the studying of Xi Jinping's Socialism Theory with Chinese characteristics in the New Era as the top priority in the theoretical preparation. Through multiple ways such as studying in the central group of Party’s Theories, education and training of the Party member and cadres, night school of all members etc., it should work really hard to learn and understand the spirits, to make sure that the learning process to be more comprehensive, the understanding to be more thorough, the practice to be more self-motivated, and the implement to be more effective.
The second is to keep the principals and maintain innovation, and carry out measures on using the integration of culture and tourism to promote industrial upgrades. We need to accelerate the transformation and upgrade the tourism industry, promote the deep integration of culture and tourism, stress on the cultural elements in the development of tourism, and constantly upgrade the cultural connotations of various tourist attractions and tourism products. We should rely on the red tourism scenic spot and the Party spirit education base, give full play to the leading role of the red scenic spot, and promote the cross-border integration and development of red cultural tourism. The third is to make accurate and effective efforts in telling Lishui travel stories; to do a good job in precision marketing, and to build a three-dimensional precision marketing system combining the online and the offline, and the traditional and the modern to improve the brand influence, popularity and reputation of Lishui tourism. To strengthen the cultivation of tourism talents, to continue implementing the ‘Famous Icon Guide’ cultivation project, so that the thoughts and temperature of the Lishui story can enhance its appeal to the external audience. We should strengthen Position Management, pay close attention to the trend of network public opinion and improve network public opinion coping ability. Facing the negative public opinion, we should respond to the concerns of the masses in time, voice actively, speak out and be good at vocalizing, and maintain a positive image of Lishui Tourism in practice.
