On December 10, the first regional public brand conference of China's homestay and the conference of "Lishui Shanju" homestay service standard was held in Lishui. The "Lishui Shanju" homestay service requirements and evaluation standard "(hereinafter referred to as the standard) was issued, which is the first local standard of the local level residential industry in China.
The code covers six parts, including general requirements, characteristic requirements and evaluation management. The theme is more "mountain flavor", the content is more clear and the evaluation is more detailed, which are the three characteristics of the code. Compared with the industry standard, the "Lishui Mountain Residence" standard closely combines the characteristics of Lishui, highlights the preservation of the original rural charm and the development of local culture, and guides the "Lishui Mountain Residence" homestay to be built into a visible mountain, visible water and homesickness carrier. The standard stipulates a series of rigid constraints including service facilities and health requirements, highlights the concept of dynamic management of accommodation, one vote veto, etc., advocates the "master" service concept in terms of characteristic content, and strengthens the living experience of tourists. The standard also establishes a star rating system including 120 specific indicators in six aspects, which is divided into three levels, namely, three diamond, four diamond and Five Diamond accommodation. The validity period is three years. For those who do not meet the requirements, the star rating will be cancelled and the public brand of "Lishui Shanju" will be forced to withdraw.
Homestay is an important channel for the transformation of "two mountains", which needs brand support; homestay is also a touch of homesickness for rural revitalization, which should be retained with feelings. In recent years, the city has successively issued relevant policies to actively build the brand of "Lishui Shanju". In March this year, the successful registration of the collective trademark of "Lishui Shanju" marks that the city has its own public brand. In order to further promote the development of "Lishui Shanju" homestay, on the basis of relevant industry standards, the Municipal Bureau of agriculture and rural affairs and Zhejiang Yinshu culture and Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd. jointly drafted this "standard", actively benchmarking the advanced experience of Japan, Switzerland and Taiwan, which can effectively regulate the service behavior of homestay, lead the development direction of "Lishui Shanju" brand, and guarantee "Lishui mountain" The brand construction of "Ju".
